He is survived by: his close friend Gail Gowan; his children, Jonathan Scott McMahan (Michelle), Christopher Todd McMahan (Missy), Benjamin James McMahan (Kacey) and Patricia Annette Bryson (Brian); his siblings, Ted McMahan, Virgie Guyer and Jan Lyerly; his grandchildren, Ashten, Bailey, Madison, Lucy, Jamison, Kate, Lexi, Anderson, Brantley and Amelia; and his great grandchildren, Blase, Shyla, Cameron, William, Xander and Augustus.
