He was predeceased by: his parents, Ina May Southern Fells and Robert Lee Fells; and his stepchildren, Michael Watson and Vickie Turner. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Ridings Fells; his children, Albert Fells, Jr. of Albany, GA and Chrystal Brock of Sylvester, GA; and his stepdaughters, Debbie Brevard of Arden, NC and Tammy Boyd of Boiling Springs. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
