He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bertha Mae Beaufort; his children, Bernard Beaufort (Doris), Kathleen Beaufort-White (Dewayne White), Henry Francis Beaufort (Joyce), Edmond Franklin (Janie) and Latoya Johnson (Davion); his sisters, Earnestine Beaufort and Mayetta Ladson; and his siblings-in-law, Janie Grant, Rosa Grant and Frank Grant. He was also cherished by twenty grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
