It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elder Liza Jane Pendleton of Huger, South Carolina, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Spells and Lillian Spells; and her siblings, Abraham Spells, Brenda Spells and Delores Spells Wigfall.

She is survived by: her husband Charles Henry Pendleton Sr.; her children, Malik Pendleton (Stephanie), Desiree Venice Pendleton and Robert James Pendleton (Etera); and her siblings, Leroy Spells, Anthony Spells (Shirley), Charlie Spells, Louis Spells, Chery Lafayette, Valerie Brown (Allen), Willamae Nick (Robert) and Pearl Smalls.

A face masks must be worn at all times while at the residence and please adhere to all Covid-19 protocols.
