It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Beatrice McGirth of Huger, South Carolina, who passed away on March 27, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Postal Smalls and Freddie Mae Smalls; her husband Berry M. McGirth, Sr.; and her siblings, Elijah Smalls and Norwood Smalls.

She is survived by: her daughters, Carrie, Jenkins-Roper (Aven) and Willa McGirth-Singleton (Ron); her grandchildren, Jerry Jenkins, Jr., Jasmine Jenkins, Jeremy Hobbs and Berry M. McGirth Jenkins (Jenny); her great grandchildren, Nia Jenkins and Lauren Jenkins; her siblings, Leon Smalls, Jesse Smalls (Ethaine), Samuel Smalls and Carolyn Goodson; and her siblings-in-law, Janie Cromedy, Linda Smalls and James Goodson. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
