He was predeceased by: his parent Jesse Alver Cox. He is survived by: his parent Jeanette Russ Cox; his wife Kathy Cox of Hopkins; his sons, Harmon Russ Cox and Baker Brooks Cox; his sister Pamela Cox Elkins (Thomas) of Columbia; and his grandmother Olene Russ of Columbia.
