He was predeceased by: his father Michael G. DeSembly, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Linda Joy Thompson; his siblings, Jason Thompson (Gina) and Garnett DeSembly (Kwaishan); and his nieces and nephews, Niaja Sanders, Nyem Sanders, Jasmine Thompson, Thomas Thompson and Ava Davis.
