It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickie Parnell Branyon of Honea Path, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on September 2, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Tallent and Cenie Ashley Tallent; her former husband Richard Parnell; and her husband Randy Branyon of Honea Path. She is survived by: her son Jason Parnell (Elizabeth Beeks) of Belton; her grandchildren, Madison of Belton, Jayden of Belton, Noah of Belton, Jayce of Belton, Emberlyn of Belton and Bennett Parnell of Belton; and her close friend Ray Bell of Belton.
