He was predeceased by: his parents, Delvis Gene Stacey and Patricia Ann Weinert; and his son Jerry Webb. He is survived by: his wife Susan Carleen Dean Stacey; his children, Terry Stacey, Jr. (Danielle), Jeffrey Stacey (Nikki), Jason Webb, Cristin Torres (Mike), Jamie Cannon (Joey) and Angela Ratchford (Patrick); and his siblings, Steven Stacey, Debbie Schmitzer, Kathy Stacey, Tamara Stacey and Teresa Moore. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
