She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Franklin Hiott and Susan Marie Cooley; her close friend Thomas Marvin 'Dooley Phillips; her children, Michael Austin Lowry of Anderson, Lee Phillips of Honea Path, Bradley Phillips of Honea Path, Kayla Marie Lowry, Braylin Naomi Phillips and Marley Phillips Honea Path; her grandchildren, Kinzlie Todd, Leigha Gilstrap and Alivia Simpson; her sister Stacy Annette Hiott; and her grandparents, Bud, Margaret Hiott, E. E. "Duck" and Barbara Cooley.
