She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thompson and Janie Belle Medlock Whitt; her son Wes Johnson; and her siblings, John, Joe, Richard, Wayne, Larry, Alfred Whitt and Edna Robbins.
She is survived by: her spouse Bishop Marvin "Ben" Seawright of Poplar Street; her children, Terry Lynn Johnson (Jane) of Belton and Sherry Diane Posey (Sammy) of Honea Path; her siblings, Russell Whitt of Honea Path, Cynthia Hardwick of Greer and Vera Bannister of Honea Path; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Johnson Suit, Jennifer Lawter, Justin Posey, Jeremy Johnson, Jamie Johnson and Amanda Hucks. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
