He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mildred Gambrell Alewine and Roy Lee Alewine, Sr.; his son Ross Matthew Alewine of Greer; his stepchildren, Joseph Engram (Katie) of Anderson and Misty Morgano (Paul) of Ware Shoals; his siblings, Roy Lee Alewine, Jr. (Delina) of Belton and Debbie Rollins (Chris) of Taylors; his grandchildren, Carson Alewine, Kennedy Alewine, Sophie Engram and Mason Morgano; his nieces and nephews, Austin Alewine, Mercedes Spinning (Jack), Eric Ballard and Gracie Rothrock; his great-nephew Benton Rothrock; his great-niece Ila Spinning; and his former wife Tammie Alewine.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pruitt Funeral Home (603 N Main St, Honea Path, SC 29654). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Place Pruitt Funeral Home (603 N Main St, Honea Path, SC 29654).
