She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Paschal and Rose Ella Hall Gambrell; her son Samuel Jeffrey McClain; and her brother Donnie "Hambone" Gambrell. She is survived by: her husband Samuel "Sammy" Carl McClain of Washington Circle; her sons, Donnie McClain (Paula) of Honea Path, Danny Mitchell (Michelle) of Honea Path, Kelly Mitchell (Tonya) of Honea Path and Nathan McClain (Lindsey) of Belton; and her grandchildren, Brandon McClain, Anna Grace Mitchell, Houston Mitchell, Dorian Mitchell, Jason Mitchell, Alex Mitchell, Kaden McClain, Roslyn McClain, Cashlyn McClain and Chandler Mitchell.
