She is survived by: her husband Arthur Wesley Cox of Linda Lane; her sons, Patrick Cox (Cyndi) and Jonathan Cox of Honea Path; her grandchildren, Meagan Miles (Eddie), Caleb Cox, Ashley Smith (Alex) and Tyler Cox; and her mother-in-law Mary Roberts.
The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made in Patsy's memory to the charity of one's choice.
