He is survived by: his son Jamie Fields of Honea Path; his siblings, Dennis Fields of Honea Path, Randy Fields (Wanda) of Honea Path, Tim Fields of Honea Path and Amanda Hall (Keith) of Honea Path; his granddaughter Shanna Fields; and his nephew David Fields.
