He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Franklin Tallman and Irene Evangela Chickiris Cogar; and his grandson Aden Mabry. He is survived by: his fiancée Karen Jean Shiflett; his daughters, Ashley Tallman of Carrollton and Tiffany Wengerd (Tyler) of Anderson, S. C.; his siblings, Walter Frank, Jr. Tallman (Teresa) of Lady Lake and Esther Ehlenbach of Delaware, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Audrey Mabry and Owen Mabry.
