She was predeceased by: her husband James Gary Coker of Honea Path; her parents, Ivan Elgin and Margaret Gilreath Elgin; and her siblings, David, Ricky Elgin and Faye Meyers.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Coker (Tammy) of Honea Path and Crystal Alewine (Mike) of Honea Path; her siblings, Danny Elgin of Williamston, Steve Elgin of Belton, Velma Ray of Anderson, Linda Foster of Williamston, Sheila Kelly of Williamston, Deborah Frankum of Belton, Carol Rutledge of Belton, Cindy Rutledge of Belton and Angie Freeman of Greenville; her grandchildren, Chase Coker (Hannah), Hunter Alewine and Noah Alewine; and her great grandchildren, Grayson Jordan and Stetson Jordan.
