We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2021, Joey Santos of Honea Path, South Carolina, born in Bronx, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Santos and Carmen Marrero Santos; and his siblings, Ramond, Elieso Santos and Raquel Santos.

He is survived by: his wife Elva Sullivan Santos; his children, Brian Tolbert of Jacksonville, FL., James Tolbert (Robin) of Simpsonville and Michelle Williams (Aaron) of Anderson; and his sisters, Carmen Santos of Maine and Maria Santos of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by six grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Semper Fi Fund, 825 College Blvd, Suite 102, PMB 609, Oceanside, CA 92057.
