He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Daniel and Mary Ashley Daniel of Honea Path; and his brothers, Clyde Daniel and Joe Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Vaughn Daniel; his daughters, Judy Niver (Charles) of Travelers Rest, SC and Jan Shepard (Billy) of Pelzer; and his grandchildren, Julie Niver and James Niver.
