He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. David Theodore and Lois Monroe Allison; his siblings, David M. Allison, Don Allison, Isabelle Banister and Eleanor McNinch (Boo); his nephew David Banister; and his niece Joanne Anderson.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, James McNinch, David Allison, Ward Allison, Mary Ann Bishop, Lynna Beeks and Robin Muse.
