It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Ashley of Honea Path, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on October 1, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James C. Ashley; her parents, Garrett Ables and Lessie Richey Ables; and her daughter Judy Abrams (Mike). She is survived by: her children, Jamie Ashley (Denise) of Honea Path, Diane Giles (Frankie) of Honea Path and Jan Ashley of Honea Path; and her sister Donna Sue Ashley (Winfred). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to Southside Baptist Church, 1800 Highway 178 North, Honea Path, SC 29654.
