It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claude Thompson of Honea Path, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Gay and Irene Martin Thompson; his siblings, Clyde Thompson and Glenda Darlene Thompson; and his brother-in-law Richard Crenshaw.
He is survived by: his daughters, Crissy Thompson of Greenwood and Claire Thompson (Dixon Rivera, III) of Greenwood; his sister Diane Bishop of Greenville; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Thompson of Easley and Linda Crenshaw of Central. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 123 W. Antrim Dr, Greenville, SC 29607.
