It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Ashley (Honea Path, South Carolina), born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on September 3, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband David Vance "Skeet" Ashley; her parents, Roy Clifton and Evelyne Branyon Lindsay; her daughter Kimberly Lane Ashley; and her siblings, Donald, Ray, David Lindsay and Marion Banks.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Ashley (Amanda McClain) of Honea Path and Amanda Bates (Rodney) of Honea Path; her siblings, Olin Lindsay, JoAnn Sellers, Carolyn Ashley, Betty Wilson, June Gambrell, Judy Knight and Jeanette Reed; her grandchildren, Justin Ashley, Ryan Ashley, Christian Ashley, Colby Bates and Emma Bates; and her great grandchildren, Campbell Ashley, Olivia Ashley and Laken Ashley.
