He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Strawhorn and Edith Daniel Strawhorn; his former wife Sally Ruth Fleming Strawhorn; and his brother Richard Strawhorn. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Scott Strawhorn of Harvey Drive; his children, Daniel Strawhorn (Blythe) of Honea Path and Tami Strawhorn of Columbia; his grandchildren, Sawyer and Emerson; his sister-in-law Joyce Strawhorn of Moore; and his close friends, Delaine Haynie (Timmy) of Lake Secession, SC and Danny Loftis (Deanna) of Vanna, GA..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pruitt Funeral Home (603 N Main St, Honea Path, SC 29654). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Austin Road Baptist Church (1619 State Rd S-4-203, Honea Path, SC 29654).
