She was predeceased by: her parents, James O'neal and Zenobia O'neal. She is survived by: her husband Louis K. Blander, Sr.; and her children, Sheila Denise Millour (Laurent) of Naples, FL, Tonya Michelle Vinson-Blander (Tracy) of Dallas, TX, Louis K. Blander, Jr. of Butner, NC and Ira Keith Blander (Tracey) of Fayetteville, GA. She is also survived by four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
