He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Allen Bridges, Sr. and Jane Tanner Bridges; his father-in-law Barney Kenneth Clegg, Sr.; and his brother-in-law Barney Kenneth Clegg, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Susan Clegg Bridges; his son Justin; his mother-in-law Anita Clegg; his brother-in-law Jeffrey Clegg; and his sisters, Darenda Bridges Nutt and Montine Bridges Powell.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., West Ashley Chapel (3360 Glenn McConnell Pkwy, Charleston, SC 29414). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
