He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lee and Charles Moore, Sr.. He is survived by: his sons, Tyrale and Kevin; and his sisters, Dorothy R. Latten, Gail J. Moore, Shelia M. Simmons and Myra Moore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
