She is survived by: her husband Kenneth L. Smalls, Sr.; her sons, Kendell Smalls, Sr. (Marquita), Kenneth Smalls, Jr. and Kendall Smalls, Sr. (Kiasha); her siblings, Herman Douglas (Thelma), Sandra Armstrong, Lillian Smith and Billy Smith; and her aunts, Thelma S. Gordon and Beatrice S. Heyward.
