She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Smith and Rebecca Smith; her husband William White, Sr.; her son Arthur Lee White; her great grandchild Ismael Rodriguez; and her siblings, Dorothy Smith Frazier, Oliver Smith, Celeb Smith, Clearance Lee Smith, Albert Smith, Sr. and William Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Della Butler (Abraham), Louis White, Joan Ancrum, William White, Jr. (Sheila) and Yolanda Brown (Michael); her sisters, Estelle Walters, Sarah Mungin and Vera Mae Mitchell (Hercules); and her children, James Heyward (Jacqueline), Jerome Heyward (Delphine), Oscar Scott (Vera) and Jackie Charpia. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
