He was predeceased by: his parents, James Snipe Sr. and Mary Watkins Snipe; his sister Evelyn Griffin (Shirley); and his son James Leroy Drayton (Pee-Wee). He is survived by: his siblings, Rose Ann Jackson, Melphine VanDyke and Charles Snipe (Mab).
