She was predeceased by: her child Herman Smalls, Jr. (Anna). She is survived by: her children, Lucinda Matthews, Harold L. Smalls, Sr. (late Grecilda), Kenneth Smalls (Johnnie Mae), Bertha M. Scott (Wesley), Kathleen S. Hamlet, Harvey J. Middleton, Sr. (Sandra) and Doretha E. Middleton; and her siblings, Andrew Cobbs (late Mary), Beatrice Wiggins (Cleveland) and David Cobbs (Easter). She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
