He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Gordon Wannanaker and Cynthia Wannamaker; and his brothers, Gordon Wannamaker and Allen "Joe" Weir Wannamaker. He is survived by: his son David W. Wannamaker II (Nancy); his grandchildren, Victoria "Tori" Wannamaker, David W. Wannamaker III and Magnolia "Nola" Wannamaker; his nieces and nephews, Cyndie Lee (Foster) and Tamara Whitley (Dustin); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ty, Callie and Macie.
