She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas S. Welch and Naomi Bailey Welch; her siblings, Frances Welch Shealy, Naomi Welch Kennedy, Whitmarsh B. Welch and Silas B. Welch; and her son Donald Lee Huggins.
She is survived by: her children, Rose Anne Huggins Baldwin (Jeff), Elizabeth B. Huggins, Frederick M. Huggins and Silas W. Huggins (Christy). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and several wonderful nieces and nephews.
