He is survived by: his wife Helen Washington; his children, William "Billy" Washington, Jr. (Geneva) of Holly Hill, SC, Joyce Fogle (Edward) of Holly Hill, SC, Sheila Williams of Holly Hill, SC, Fredrick Washington (Althea) of Holly Hill, SC and Geraldine Abraham of Irmo, SC; and his brothers, Henry Washington (Mary) of Summerville, SC, Robert Washington (Stella) of Eutawville, SC and Andrew Washington of Eutawville, SC. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Viewing was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Eutawville Community Funeral Home Chapel (440 Porcher Avenue, Eutawville, SC 29048). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at 289 Pineland Rd, Vance, SC 29163.
