It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernell Bryant (Holly Hill, South Carolina), born in Vance, South Carolina, who passed away on May 31, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Will T. Bryant and Bernice Davis Bryant; and her granddaughter Jania Marie Bryant. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Bryant (Jennifer) of Vance, Todd Bryant (Veronica) of Eutawville, Audrey Johnson (Casey) of Orangeburg, Karen Bryant and Travis Bryant; her siblings, Tama Bryant, Polly Bryant of Vance, Willie Clay Bryant and Jerry Bryant (Catherine) of Eutawville; her aunts, Adell Lewis of Vance, Margaret Thomas of Sumter and Francine Griffin of New Jersey; and her uncle Wilson Bryant of Vance. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
