He was predeceased by: his parents, George Macon Sr. and Gladys Johnson Macon; and his sisters, Margaret Mazyck, Eartha Lee Mazyck, Alice Street and Shirley Richardson.
He is survived by: his nieces, Rev. Mary Ann Carr of Holly Hill, SC, Noelle Davis of Santee, SC and Terry Richardson of Wilmington, NC. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
