She is survived by: her husband Andrew Burk; her sister Joyce J. Crosby (Everett); her children, Cathlene Stephens, Lu Anne Harvison (Jon) and James Burk (Michelle); her grandchildren, Andrew Stephens (Casey), Jordan Stephens and Laura Burk; and her great grandchild Lillian Hayes.
