He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Williams Hills and Betty Moore Hills; and his brother Charles Hills of Holly Hill, SC.. He is survived by: his sister Nancy Mahaffey of Edgewater, FL; his wife Martha Vickery Hills; his children, Rachel Hills Valencia and Bruce Williams Hills of Richmond, VA; and his grandchildren, Emanuel, Estelle Valencia, Rosalie and Preston Hills. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, and a number of great nieces and nephews.
