It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanette Davis of Holly Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on November 29, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Grant and Thelma Grant; her siblings, Mary Wright, Matilda Jeter, Gunnie Grant Jr., Leroy Grant Sr. and George Grant Jr.; and her in-laws, Betty Grant, Gussie Mae Grant, Lacell Davis Jr., Betsy Davis, Curtis Davis and Richard Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Allen Davis; her children, Angela Davis of Holly Hill, SC, Alex Roshon Davis (Monica) of Vance, SC, Adrin Davis (Asia) of Elloree, SC and Kevin Davis (Stephanie) of Summerville, SC.; her godchildren, Fredricke White of Jersey City, Stanley Pooser of Holly Hill, SC and Timothy Wright of Columbia, SC; her grandchildren, Daylen, Alexis, Roshon, Rashad, A'mirh, Meihloni, Alex Jr., Azuri, Kemani, Kristina, Kaydin, Kevin Jr., Amiyah, Kaleb, Tristan, Aydrian, Ayden and Ashton; her great grandchild Legaci; her sisters, Jannie Pooser of Vance, SC, Rosa Wyman (David) of Washington, Lorraine Young of Jersey City, Sarah Richardson (Donald) of East Orange, Allean Davis, Brenda King (Johnny) and Sandra Brennan of Jersey City; and her siblings-in-law, Mahotia Grant of Jersey City, Carolyn Cochran (Michael) of Harbeystraw, Annette Green (Irvin) of St. Matthews, SC, Henry Jeter of Warsaw, NC, Charles Davis of Holly Hill, SC, Jonathan Davis (Willia Mae) of Holly Hill, SC and James Davis of Bronx. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
