With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Isaac Dykes Smoak Jr. of Holly Hill, South Carolina, born in Eutawville, South Carolina, who passed away on June 18, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa Russell Smoak and Isaac Smoak Sr.; his wife Millie Perry Smoak; his son Ronnie Smoak; his grandson Austin Tyler Smoak; and his brothers, Joseph Michael Smoak (Mike) and James R Smoak (Jimmy).
He is survived by: his children, Greg Smoak (Toni) and Kim Smoak; his sister Sylvia Simpson (David); and his sisters-in-law, Sunny Ellison (Chuck) and Cheryl Perry. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Eutawville United Methodist Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
