She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Gadson, Shirley Gadson, Juanita Ashby (Jefferson), Ruth Gadson, Tenie Gadson, Jannie Gadson of Union City, Willie Gadson (Janie) of Dacula, Rufus Gadson (Nicole) of Bronx and Leroy Gadson (Sarah) of Orangeburg; her daughter-in-law Artina Simmons of Queens; and her grandchildren, Derrick, Kevin, Curtis, Sheila, George, Shakila, Antonio, Ashley, Joseph, Fatimah, Ibn, Shawn, Elander, Isaac, Michael, Kadeen, Kadeem, Aylssa, Ieshia, Jeffrey, Jamar, Dearl, Jerrell, Domodray, Antoinette, Shenell, Kendrick, Willie, Jr., Eric, Cherice, Tichettie, Travis, Elizabeth, Crystal, Jacob, Jr., Andre, Nicole and Charmaine. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
