He was predeceased by: his parent Bernie Leon Watkins; and his sister Melinda Faye Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Adeline Watkins (Risher); his children, Justin Lynn Watkins of Holly Hill and Kerra Watkins of Summerville; his mother Alice M. Simmons Watkins (Simmons) of Holly Hill; his granddaughter Eliyanah Robinson of Summerville; and his sisters, Patricia McLeod (Joe) of Manning, Annette W. Marchant of Holly Hill and Linda S. Moossa (Steve) of Winnsboro.
