She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Forsyth Boone and Frederick Boone; and her husband Robert E. Haig. She is survived by: her children, Richard Haig (Lisa) of Enfield, CT., Christopher Haig of Cromwell, CT, Stewart Haig (Jennifer) of Orangeburg and Christine Haig-Beaver (Antoine) of Holly Hill; her grandchildren, Stanley "Stash" Haig, Mykel Brown and Colin Haig; her sisters, Nancy Anglin and Ruth Doak; and her friend Marlynn Edwards of Holly Hill.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Avinger Funeral Home (2274 Eutaw Rd, Holly Hill, SC 29059). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Holly Gardens Cemetery (1019 Rhame St, Holly Hill, SC 29059).
