He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Horace Bennett and Pauline Frances Chastain Bennett; and his brother Jack Sylvester Bennett. He is survived by: his son Thomas "Tommy" H. Bennett, Jr. (Mary Beth); his grandsons, Thomas Lee Bennett and Samuel Jacob Bennett; and his parents-in-law, Bennie Lowe of Greenwood, Steve Reed Perkins, Julia, Robert Taylor of Conway, Jeff Perkins of Greer and Sandra Miller of Easley.
