He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Manley and Doris Ballard Manley; and his brothers, Roy B. Manley and Rodger Dale Manley. He is survived by: his sisters, Evelyn Hopkins (Sammy), Louise Taylor Keeler (Michael) of Ware Shoals and Dorothy Byington of Williamston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
