He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan Miller Shinall; his parents, Ruth Strickland Shinall and Harold Shinall; his son Randy Shinall; his brother-in-law Mike Sumerel; his children, Tim Shinall of Charleston, Ashley Frady (Del) of Greenwood and Cheryl Sell (Jeremy) of Boyertown, PA; his stepson Frank Gauthier (Dusty) of Coarsegold, CA; and his sister Jean Sumerel of North Augusta. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
