With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christine McAllister Pinson (Hodges, South Carolina), born in Abbeville, South Carolina, who passed away on January 11, 2021 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Mills Pinson; her parents, Raymond McAllister and Anna Sue Wrenn McAllister; her son-in-law Steve Simmons; her great grandchild John Ross DeVore; and her siblings, Annerdean McAllister, Barbara Vaughn, Betty Kelly and Wesley McAllister.
She is survived by: her children, Janice P. DeVore (John) of Greenwood, Ronald Pinson (Kathy) of Greenwood and Angie Simmons of Greenwood; her grandchildren, Rozalyn DeVore, Christopher Pinson (Maria), Bryce Pinson (Macy), Shelton Pinson and Jackson Simmons; and her siblings, Shirley Mason of Greenville and James McAllister of Shoals Junction.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, social distancing is to be observed at the graveside service.
