He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian and Thomas Hillis, Sr.; his brother Ronald; and his stepson Kenneth. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughter Roseann Connolly (Steve); his granddaughter Lottie of Nashville; his brother-in-law Bob Morrison (Nancy) of Tampa; his niece Angie; and his nephews, Ronnie and Craig of Georgia.

In consideration of Covid, services will be private.
