He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxine Hayes and Hugh Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Marti Hayes; his daughter Kristol Michele "Hayes" Tinsley; his son-in-law Joe of Charlotte Hall, MD.; and his stepdaughter Linda M. Atherholt of Marydel, MD..
