She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Cary Nicholas Phelps and Pelton Phelps; and her daughter Anna Catherine Sivertson. She is survived by: her former spouse S. Stuart Sivertson; her daughter Lise Elizabeth Dixon; and her husband John F. Schmid, MD.
